Sivananda yoga is a peaceful and unhurried practice. Classes are slow paced, but flowing, including the same 12 poses (or variations of them) in each class. Sivananda is based on the philosophy that proper breathing, relaxation, diet, exercise and positive thinking work together to form a healthy, yogic lifestyle.
