Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga synchronises the breath with movement for a dynamic, flowing practice. You'll move from one pose to the next as you an inhale or exhale, flowing smoothly through the class. Classes often start with sun salutations, a vigorous series of poses to warm the body.
Good to Know
The pace and sequence will vary with the teacher, but in general, you can expect a pretty dynamic practice.
You'll move around a lot, so wear something comfortable that easily absorbs sweat.
Who's it for?
Vinyasa Flow classes are generally fairly challenging, so a basic level of fitness is a must.
