Yoga for Kids is tailored specially for the needs and interests of young people. Poses and practices are adapted for children of all ages. Yoga poses are often taught in the context of themes, like animal behaviour or storytelling. Children have fun moving their bodies and assuming the roles of animals, trees, flowers and warriors. They increase coordination, confidence and self awareness.

Each class generally has its own set age group, so check for the minimum and maximum age before going along.
