Marios Argiros is a senior intermediate level 2 teacher who combines teaching yoga with his work as a classical musician. He trained at MDIIY in Manchester and has been teaching an intermediate class there for several years. He makes regular visits to India to study with the Iyengar family in Pune and spent January 2013 studying there. He also teaches regular classes in Herts where he now lives and is increasingly invited to give workshops in the UK and Europe. In 2005 he began teaching yoga holiday courses in Crete and now spends several months there each summer practising and teaching yoga. He is particularly interested in remedial and therapeutic yoga and since a serious car accident in December 2009 has experienced at first hand the power of yoga to heal and strengthen.
