I worked for 15 years in Higher Education (10 years Lecturer at UWE, Bristol Business School). During this time I continually practised Pilates 2-3 times a week as I recognised the benefits to my body to counteract bad postural habits, maintain fitness & wellbeing in a very busy career. After discovering Pilates Foundation classes which emphasised the use of the principles and method, I came to realise how much Pilates was a part of my life and decided to train as a Pilates Foundation Teacher. I completed the Matwork training at the Scott Studio , and am currently following the Equipment training . I have also sucessfully completed the very comprehensive Pilates Pre and Post Natal training. I run small groups (max. 7). I can also offer 3:1, 2:1 & 1:1 more specialist Pilates programmes.
