Ashtanga Yoga at Clarity Yoga Shala is designed to make this wonderful system of yoga accessible to everyone regardless of their age flexibily stamina and health conditions. We focus on working with the breath and breaking each posture down to its simplest form so you develop a personalised practice. Classes are small so you get lots of personal guidance. There is great team spirit and we mix vedic chanting pranayama and meditation into your personl practice.
